YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER? |

You will receive an e-mail
within 24 hours (not including Saturday and Sunday) confirming your
order and estimated shipping date.

| HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? |

Merchandise must be returned
within 30 days of invoice date. To insure prompt return processing,
please attach the original packing list, invoice AND RGA number. An RGA
number can be obtained from customer service by calling 1-800-342-5973.
Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Please allow three to four
weeks for return processing.

| HOW DO WE HANDLE DAMAGED GOODS? |

You are responsible for claim processing. If shipment arrives
damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before
we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the
carrier. Be sure to save product packaging.

| CAN THE PRODUCT BE RUSHED? |
| |
Normally the stock items are shipped within 24 hours. For non stock
items the shipment may take three to four weeks. To utilize express
shipment contact customer service for a freight quote. We recommend
FedEx Next Day/UPS Red as the most economical.

Your shipment from us is 100%
insured against loss or damage.

| WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES |

We accept purchase orders,
Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Prepayment with checks or money
orders is also accepted. Please remit to Pulse Medical Inc. 4131 SW 47th
Ave #1404 Davie FL 33314. If you wish you may print out your order and
mail the order in with prepayment.

| WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE BILLED? |

Your credit card will be
billed when your order is processed even if it is not going to ship for
3-4 weeks as is the case with non stock custom orders. Your charges
should appear on your next statement.
